Big Flowers

We love natural history museums. Animal skeletons and Andean mummies, stuffed animals and bizarre fossils, in these places we don't see the morbid but life. There are also botanical models, giant reproductions of plants and flowers that we try to interpret in a free way but keeping the aura of time and museums. From this look we create imaginary and impossible flowers, mushrooms and vegetables. In a flower 9 metres high created for a health institution in Goiânia or in a small series of flowers that inhabit the house of a collector, present in sceneries or exhibitions, several materials are used to produce them. Wood, latex, fabrics, metal, resins, pigments. Handcrafted and constructed with refinement and art.
